Welcome to Huggyworld LLC (“Huggyworld,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, pages, store, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll post a new effective date and, when required, give additional notice. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Our site is a general-audience site. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with a parent/guardian’s permission and supervision. We do not knowingly permit purchases by children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
You may browse without an account; certain features require one. Keep your login secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Orders. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or stock issues).
Pricing & availability. Prices, promos, and availability may change without notice and can vary by color/size/edition.
Taxes. You’re responsible for applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout.
Payments. We use third-party processors (e.g., GoDaddy Payments and/or integrated partners). We don’t store full card numbers.
Shipping & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Returns/Exchanges. We accept unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition within 30 days of delivery; final sale items and digital goods are non-returnable.”}
Damage/shortage. Report carrier damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
Some products may be digital goods or include digital rights (e.g., downloadable artwork, NFTs). Unless we clearly say otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use/view the item for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not acquire our underlying intellectual property. NFTs (if offered) are not financial products or investments and may be subject to platform terms and blockchain network risks outside our control.
Promos and discount codes are subject to the stated terms and may end at any time. Codes are not transferable and can’t be combined unless we say so. Gift cards (if offered) are redeemable only for eligible products/services and not for cash (except where required by law). Limited “exhibition” or “drop” items may have additional rules (e.g., final sale).
If you post or share content with us (e.g., reviews, photos, “@” tags), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing (subject to your privacy choices). You represent you own or control the rights to anything you submit and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or break the law.
Don’t misuse the Services. For example, you agree not to:

All content on the Services—including artwork, product images, designs, text, logos, graphics, photos, and compilations—is owned by or licensed to Huggyworld and protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
We build/host our site with GoDaddy Websites + Marketing and may integrate other vendors (e.g., payments, shipping, analytics). Your use of any third-party feature is subject to that provider’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
By providing contact details, you agree we can send you service messages about orders and your account. With your consent, we may send marketing emails or texts; you can unsubscribe at any time.
SMS Terms (U.S.):
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content/products are provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement). We don’t warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huggyworld LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to us for the product/service at issue.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions/limits; in those cases, we limit our liability to the maximum permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huggyworld LLC from any claims, damages, costs, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your: (a) use of the Services, (b) violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration (if applicable).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of JAMS (or AAA), with the seat in New York, NY. You and Huggyworld agree to waive class actions and jury trials. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all purchases, including NFT Wall Art, collectibles, clothing, and accessories.
Items must be in their original condition (unworn/unused, with tags or seals where applicable).
